Master the Audit Workflow: Understand the objectives of every stage, including the Opening Meeting, Facility Tour, Document Review, and Closing Meeting.
Effective Evidence Collection: Learn to identify at least 5 key issues through Document Review and apply "The Question Funnel" approach for impactful management and employee interviews.
Strategic Planning: Gain hands-on experience in drafting audit plans and managing time effectively during on-site inspections.
Professional Conduct: Understand how to communicate findings diplomatically, ensure employee confidentiality, and facilitate the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) process without disclosing sensitive interview details.
